When a roundtrip N has been approved, lesser roundtrips (roundtrips < N) should be removed from the repositories, i.e. metadata in DOMS, and data in the bitrepository.
For DOMS the component removes the roundtrip tree of objects that belongs to roundtrips < N. While doing so, it builds a list of datafiles belonging to the removed roundtrips, datafiles that should be removed from the bitrepository.
At the end of the run of the repository cleaner an e-mail is sent to the project manager, containing the list of datafiles to be deleted. It is then the project managers task to get the files removed from the bitrepository through the procedure for doing so.
