Highlights

Enhancements and bug fix in Common package

• Moved some useful classes from the JWAT-Tools repository to the JWAT repository.

• Fixed serious exception in PayloadManager.

Enhancements in ARC/WARC packages

• Added helper classes to writer (W)ARC file(s) and automatically handle max bytes limit on individual files.

• Added easier support for ANVL data in WARCINFO record.

• ARC writer did not have extra logic to deduce payload length in some cases when validating a write records length.
