 Description   

It would be easier for our curators if the "All Jobs" page was really displaying all jobs (instead of Started ones which are already displayed by the "Running jobs" page).
They are also asking if jobs were sorted by descending order rather than ascending (the newest would show up first).

To test this feature:
1) Go to the Harvest status page.
2) Check Job status is set to "All".
3) Check Order is set to "descending".
