| Verification: | This is probably most easily tested in the full migration stresstest, where job generation takes many hours. Just restart the HarvestJobManager during the job generation. What is the expected behaviour? |

When starting to generate jobs for a snapshotharvest set numevents=1 to avoid a restart of the process. We have seen several times that the jobgeneration was restarted. In both these cases, the HarvestJobManger have no recollection that a previous jobgeneration has failed, and will start from the beginning |

I'm not sure whether this change has actually fixed the original behaviour but it doesn't seem to have broken anything so I am closing the issue for now. |
