Verification:

Install Netarchivesuite with H1 HarvesterControllers only
upload a H1 ordertemplate to the system named 'default_h1_template'
Change the default configuration of netarkivet.dk, so its defaultconfig uses the default_h1_template
Activate the harvest
The harvest should fail with the message "The template is not a H1 template"

H1 harvester-controller should fail gracely, if it receives a H3 template.

The h3 harvestercontroller has an early check that the job received uses a h3 template.
This check should also be done by the H1 harvestercontroller

The fix has been implemented and reviewed (Review was closed June 30th 2015)
