 Description   

In TEST2, the Arcrepository application fails to start:

Starting dk.netarkivet.archive.arcrepository.ArcRepository
Version: 4.1.0 status CODEFREEZE (r2696)
Could not add remote management for class dk.netarkivet.archive.arcrepository.ArcRepository
dk.netarkivet.common.exceptions.IOFailure: Error creating and registering an RMIConnector to the platform mbean server.

This is an error caused by some other NAS instance already taking up this port.
