ARC and WARC files in NetarchiveSuite

Until release 4.0, NAS only supported ARC writing. But with release 4.0, we now
can choose between ARC and WARC for both the data files produced by Heritrix during the harvesting phase and the metadata archive files produced by Netarchivesuite in the postharvesting phase.

Both can be chosen independently of the other, although you should choose the same format for both type of files.

metadata-archive-files:
Contains metadata records for a specific harvest-job, including its configuration (order.xml, seeds.txt), heritrix logfiles and reports, and cdx'es of the data fetched by Heritrix). 

data-files:
The web-data fetched by Heritrix


The version of the WARC format used is 1.0
