Verify new domains in NAS

Now: only TLDs are veryfied .

Task:
1. Create "Verify Domain" in NAS.
2. Create default seedlist with the domain URL corresponding to code 200
3. If the domain URL is a redirect, a note will pop up (like in BCWeb) and it will be possible to create the domain or annulate it.
For Bulk upload of domains NAS will produce a list with error domains (which cannot be created)
