Better Management of Aborted Jobs

When heritrix is killed, all domains in the harvest are marked as aborted, even those which in fact have completed successfully either to byte limit or domain completion. Is there any way to get this information back to the HarvestJobManager so the correct info can be inserted in the harvest database? 

This task needs somebody to set themselves in to exactly how this part of the harvest process functions.
