• Reorganise the action buttons in 3 lines:
  Line 1:

buttons are Show/delete Frontier, Add RejectRules, Modify Budget

Line 3:
title is "Job actions"
buttons are Pause, Checkpoint, Terminate, Teardown, Open Scripting Console

• Put "Heritrix3 WebUI" at the top of the page, next to the upper items
  Use a direct link to the Job page (ex: https://menelas.bnf.fr:8076/engine/job/101_1480416283315/job/101_1480416283315) instead of the Engine page
