Make batchjobs use RemoteFile for jars

When you run a BatchJob embedded in a Jar file, the jar-file is sent over the message-queue.
Currently we use OpenMQ. which has a limit of 10 MB.
Thus currently we cannot run batchjobs in jar-files larger than 10 MB.

I would therefore like the jar-files to be transfered using the RemoteFile class, and thus being tranfered through FTP, or similar.

The problem also exist for BachJobs in class files - though it only seem theoretical, and such a class-file can be embedded in a jar-file.
