Upgrade to Jetty9

    Description

      We are currently using a old Jetty6 in NAS. Lets upgrade to the newest Jetty9.

      This is triggered by the current GUI server falling to work properly after switching to a Java8 jvm. The Jetty upgrade can hopefully fix this.
