The dedup indices contains more segments (72 files) than the max limit set by the settings ( 42 segments)

TLR has evidence that indicates, that Lucene sometimes while merging ignores the restrictions on the max number of segments in the lucene index.

Note that each index contains a list of segments and 2 more files, so we expected
no more than 44 files in each index.
