This is now fixed for postgres and there should no longer be any limitation on the length of crawlertraps other that imposed by the browser. This can be tested in any standard test installation simply by pasting a lengthy text into the crawlertrap textarea of a domain and clicking "save".

The Derby and Postgres table definitions define the crawlertrap column size at 1000 bytes.

TEST2 uses a 50k example which is truncated.

Solution: Switch from 'varchar' to 'text' or define at larger varchar column size.
