When restarting the GUI, we looses monitor connection to all running batch jobs

When restarting the GUI, we looses Bitarchive monitor connections to all running batch jobs. But the batchjobs continue to run in the bitarchives as zombie processes. You must restart the archive to kill the zombie processes, otherwise you fill up the archives with batchprocess without getting any result from them.
This is very often what happens when there is running checksums on SB and I restart the GUI becaused of other bugs in the system.
