Camel-case table names in SQL scripts and DBSpecifics classes

The new tables that contain running jobs progress information are named runningJobsMonitor, runningJobsHistory and frontierReporMonitor.

Or the rule for all other tables is not to use camel-case but lower case identifiers.

Furthermore PostgreSQL uses case-insensitive identifiers (unless quoted, which we would rather not do).

So all these tables should have lowercase names in the SQL scripts and in the queries to schemaversions table.
