Harvest information should be available in QA

Suggested at the NetarchiveSuite workshop September 2007:
Information from the harvesting would be useful in QA. The scope of the harvest could be used to filter the collected URLs and the Heritrix result code for each URL could be used to tell the user why a URL wasn't collected.
