Link "next" and URL-decoding

      1) Install and deploy NetarchiveSuite
      2) Kill GUI_application
      3) change or add setting "settings.common.webinterface.harvestStatus.defaultPageSize" in
      settingsfile 

      settings_GUIApplication.xml

      to 2 (default is 100)
      4) restart GUI_application
      5) Make a selective harvest definition 'SH+1' of netarkivet.dk, and let it run 3 times.
      6) Define a selective harvest 'SH1+1' containing 4 domains (netarkivet1.dk,netarkivet2.dk, netarkivet3.dk, netarkivet4.dk)
      7) Check, that navigation works on seedlists: 

      History/Harveststatus-seeds.jsp?harvestname=SH1+1

      8) Check, that navigation works on jobhistory: 

      /History/Harveststatus-perhd.jsp?harvestname=SH+1

      , and 

      History/Harveststatus-perdomain.jsp?domainName=netarkivet.dk

      Note that the "SH+1" definition needs to be url-encoded in the links above
