Implement tests for the new Integrity workflow tests

As part of the chages review in https://sbforge.org/fisheye/cru/CR-BITMAG-257 a number of tests has been removed without being reimplemented on the new step structure.

Jonas has just discovered that the inconsistent file check doesn't work anymore, andwe didn't have any tests which discovered this problem. We therefore need to have these tests reimplemented, so we are able to discover such regressions.
