Audit trail text for KB pillar should not contain information contained in other element.

The current info element for looks something like:
PutFile completed (initiated through PutFileRequestHandler)
his should be changed only contain a short indication of a succesful ingest, f.ex. 'PutFile completed. The same properly applies for other operation types.
