Use a better data type for Strings in the database

Currently the strings are all VARCHAR, mostly at length 255.
This is a problem especially for the AuditTrails and Alarm database, since they ingest values which easily can be larger than the length of 255.
Therefore the VARCHER 255 should be changed to a better dataformat, e.g. the CLOB or LONG VARCHAR.
