Setup second integration test environment

We should work towards having 2 integration test environments:

• Integration-stable: Based on a released version of the message-xml and collection-settings.
• Integration-unstable: Based on a snapshot versions of the message-xml and collection-settings.

Vi can start by installing the I15 releases, message-xml-7 and collection-settings-0.3.2 in the new environment.
