Description
Integrity service does not store the timezone of files and checksum timestamps.
This can cause trouble when getting fileids and/or checksums when a page lands in the middle of the hour between summer and winther time changes.
If the last file on the page N is 2:30 AM summer time, the timezone will be stripped after it is stored in the database. Page N+1 will then ask be from 2:30 AM in which ever timezone the pillar is in. If the fileids or checksums are collected during winther time, files ingested between 2:30 AM (summer time) and 2:30 AM (winther time) will be skipped.
