Integrity service migration to version 5 don't update sequences.

The migration from version 4 to 5 of the integrity database does not update sequences, causing failures when a integrity check attempts to save the statistics.
The fix is trivial, update the sequence counters to the number of existing statistics entries.
In all there are 3 keys, on for: stats, collectionstats and pillarstats. Each need to have their sequence updated.
