PutFile ignores Checksum argument (-C) when dealing with file

When using the put-file cmd client with file argument (-f), the checksum argument (-C) is ignored.
This is a minor thing, since the checksum argument (-C) was only intended for use with the URL argument (-u).

Would it even make sense to be able to give the put-file cmd-client a checksum which could be inconsistent with the file?
