You should target Tower 1 (Tour des temps), which is the closest tower to the street names "Quai François-Mauriac" and "Rue Raymond Aron" on the PDF map. After climbing the steps, at esplanade level, use the "administration et services" entrance (facing the Seine river), not the main visitors' entrance. You'll need an ID.
